Today ,Govt has reviewed the situation after demonetization of 500 /1000 Notes on 08/11/2016.As you have all noticed that there are long queues seen outside Bank ATMs and Bank branches.And after review Govt has informed the following decisions

- Daily ATM withdrawal Limit increased to Rs 2500 from Rs 2000/-
- Exchange limit Increased to Rs 4500 from Rs 4000/-
- Daily Cash withdrawal Limit of Rs 10000/- removed.
- Weekly Withdrawal limit increased to Rs 24000/- from Rs 20000/-
These step will reduce foot fall in banks. Earlier a person have to visit twice at bank branch in a week to use their weekly limit but now person can use new weekly limit of Rs 24000/- in one visit.So effective daily limit is now 24000/-
